low and Reverse Aging Secrets

I believe that anything is possible. Anything at all. Now the only thing left to figure out is how to manifest what you want. I know what I want for 2009 and beyond.

What I want is to look and feel, not 20, but 30 years younger. What I want is to work for myself and make enough income to never have to go to work for someone else. I already do work for myself, but what I want this year is to increase my income while doing what I love to the point that I can live the life everyone dreams of and to do and have the things I need for my personal growth.

I believe these things are all possible. I have always believed them, and I have always wanted them.

On the subject of looking and feeling 30 years younger I have made a lifetime personal study of what it might take to reverse or prevent aging. I would always sit up and pay attention whenever I heard about anti-aging theories and even anti-aging vitamins and creams etc. I did not reject any information that came across my path.

Eventually I came across a formula, and even from the age of 30 I began putting that formula into practice whenever I was able to do so.

First, I discovered the five things that contribute most to the aging process. Below are the five things that I have found and have accepted to be the major things and the most important things that affect aging. They are listed in the order of their importance.

Things that affect (slow or speed up) the aging process:

1. The thoughts that you think.
2. The air that you breathe
3. The water that you drink
4. The food that you eat
5. Range of motion, or Movement. (exercise)

Each of these things are major influences on the process of aging and I will be writing about each of them in detail in this blog. I hesitated, at first, to call them “secrets” because everyone is peddling their secrets so much these days it is beginning to sound a bit cheesy. But I went ahead and titled my page “secrets” simply because everybody loves secrets, and these posted here will be free.

For people who know me, they may not be so secret, but there are still some things I did not reveal to anyone that I will be talking about in this blog.

The general solutions to the above five points are:

1. Think Pure Thoughts
2. Breathe Pure Air
3. Drink Pure Water
4. Eat real food.
5. Use and Move the body. (Exercise)
